This repo letter is a great letter but will only serve to piss off the attorney and will surely pull you into a lawsuit. I would not suggest using this letter as you obviously don't have money for an attorney. I do not believe the attorney will go after you if you have nothing that can be levied. As I said in my previous post, the attorney already knows what you have and don't have. The attorney will only receive expenses from the CA. I can assure you he is not looking your way seriously. He is merely trying to intimidate you into making a hasty decision. As always, look to his/her collection letters for violations to FDCPA and leverage on his/her mistakes when and if needed. Attorneys and CA's always make the same mistakes in their letters and are more apt to play "Lets Make A Deal" when they know you have leveraged their position.
