Dispute first with the OC or CA. Give them 45 days to validate, if they can't or don't, then send your dispute letter along with Certified Mailing Receipts, showing OC's or CA's signature to CRA's asking for deletion for non-validation. The CRA may or may not ask for verification from the OC or the CA. Provided the accounts are not validated, you will get your deletions. The process will take approximately 2 to 3 months. Ask the CRA for a copy of your updated Credit Report.
