I'm still puzzled why they would send a statement with the entire remaining balance of the account credited and a 0.00 balance showing, when I have only paid 10%, instead of the 30% on the agreement letter from 15 days earlier. I will call MBNA's consumer research dept tomorrow and see if the account was sold or assigned to W&A. If it was assigned to W&A, have MBNA just settle for the 10%? Can W&A - misrepresent the account to me on the phone? Thanks, Confused
