Some confusion here. I filed in 1994 and we went to court and it was over, finsihed done. I have a letter from federal court stating it was discharged is the term. 8/94. this is the paper work my bank asks for when i got my home loan. Any way I have to wait 10 years I am guessing before I aske the cra to remove it? Or can i do it now? I think I saw a post from whychat saying i can ask for a deletion now? Is there a letter? Will my score up then. Thanks much.
