I don't have copy of contract-credit card acquired around 25 years ago. VA sol is 3yrs. Last payment Oct 2002. OC waited 8 mos (June 2003) before charging off and still added interest and late charges beyond the 180 days. I think they should have charged off in Apr 2003. In letter July 2003 now the AC says they will still add more interest. Thanks Drew.
