CAK when W&A were bugging me and I checked my CRs the MBNA acoount was listed as charged off and a balance of$12k still showed up, I will send validation letter to RJM is there anything specific that needs to be in the letter? You also said I can get anything that the CA sends to the CRAs? How and why? Any help is appreciated. thanks Burton
