The way to go is NOT TO DISPUTE WITH THE CRA'S. Always dispute first with the OC or the CA which ever the case may be. You will obviously have to decide for youself as Lady in Red in my opinion is wrong and is giving poor advice. Almost all OC's don't know that they don't have to validate and I'm not going to be the one to tell them. After attempting validation with the OC (that is if the account hasn't been sold or assigned), and they don't validate, Send in all your info. as instructed in my previoius posts and you will get your deletion. It works because I have assisted many people with this process. I use 45 days because it allows them ample time to validate. I use 45 days for both CA's and OC's and you just can't argue with success!!!
