If they ignore the request, and after my usual 45 days has lapsed, I send to the CRA's the proof that a validation attempt was made and that obviously the OC cannot support their claim. Please delete their Trade Line. The CRA then may try and verify the letter sent to them showing the OC's signature. This is when I generally get my deletion. In my opinion this is a much faster deletion and now days people want everything right now.
