My, my I fear there is discention in the ranks!!! If you agree with Why Chat you would be wrong as well. I never assume anything which was why I was asking for clarification, so as to give the appropriate answer. As for the 401k's, I will tell you exactly how I levy on these accounts and this is good info. for everyone on this board. I levy on 401k's when and if need to satisfy a judgment and I get paid from Employers, Banks, and Debtors because most people don't know that they are exempt. Kind of the same as OC's not knowing that they don't have to validate an account. I belive I've heard the previous statement somewhere before. "So put that in your pipe and SMOKE IT there little lady!!!!!" I just love chatting with you. I hope its reciprocal and this doesn't end our relationship.
