Are you the owner or the authorized user? If you are the authorized user, you would go directly to the CRA and request deletion, as the authorized user is not responsible for the debt. They will call or write the OC and verify, then delete. This is the fastest way to get this done not the only way.

If you are the owner, then dispute it with the OC or the CA which ever the case may be, not the CRA. The CRA will come back with a reply of Verified and you will have wasted your time. This has been my experience with this type of entry on Credit Reports.
