I am needing infor about where I can find statutes for in the state of Missouri that credit card debt can not be issued as a lien on real property once a judgement has been made. I have this issue where C & W asset got a judgment and immediately put a lien on my real property last year. The thing is that when I pulled my credit report yesterday there was nothing on it about the ca or the judgment. Nothing, so now i am very confused. All I show is the Discover card that was charged off and sold. C&W (Cadle Company) pulled a credit report from all 3 cra last year and I noticed on one of them under their name the put "conventional mortage" I do not know what this means. Any ideas? What I also want to know is have they done anything so that I could possibly get this judgement vacated (even after a year) by them breaking FDCPA laws? If so, I need examples, I go into court with them on Tuesday, the 19th for a disclosure of all my assets etc. Which will take all of 5 seconds. How long does it take to say, I have nothing, zero, nunca, nada. I don't work, I take care of my disabled husband and children. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...Susan
