The letter we received from the court says
"courts order regarding motion to vacate and stay execution of judgement.
Allowed. Defendent will file responsive pleadings within 30 days". Thats all it says.......so does this mean that the default judgment is vacated and i get to answer as if i should have answered that summons i got back in august? and if so should i answer to dismiss the case since i paid? or just let it go? The debt collector lawyer said they would file a motion to dismiss (its in our agreement letter) but so far i havent heard anything or received anything from them. It has been only about 2 wks.
