Chargeoff is from the OC and by the FDIC rules canot be MORE than 180 days beyond the last on time payment.

DOLA can be anything from a payment to a chare to an internal adjustment on the account.

If you missed several payments, and then paid one month WITH an agreement from the OC that it would bring your account current,and your following month's bill did not have a past due or late charge on it, then yes, your SOL was "up-dated".
