You ALWAYS run the risk of getting what you "ask" for when requesting validation. I got "full" validation on an account that is still well within the SOL, I didn't respond to the CA's calls, and lo and behold, it has already been passed on to another CA! I'll probably request validation from the current CA as well. There have been so many violations in this case with 3 different CAs, that I'm willing to play and see what happens.
