Just received a phone call from a woman stating "I have left several messages and I know you have received each and every one of them. It is in your best interest to contact me Monday morning at 8 am to resolve this matter." Her other 2 messages she wanted "me or my personal attorney" to contact her. I ignored the messages thinking it's just a scare tactic, but my husband is concerned that perhaps we should at least find out who she's with. I am trying to avoid legal action until I can get the BK filed. Any advice?
