My fellow adviser, has some good points but are only his opinion. I believe that your best out would be, to not allow an opening for them to levy on anything else. Which is why I suggested that you use the equity in your home to; 1) remove the lien 2) negotiate the vacating of the judgment so it never lands on your CR.

This is my well informed opinion, but only my opinion. You will ultimately have to make the decision yourself.
