I just pulled my wife's credit report and found a civil judgement listed. Apparently, she moved out of an apartment she was leasing with leasing with an ex-boyfriend and did not take her name off of the lease. We would like have this item removed and are willing to pay the small liability. However, I am not sure who to contact, the court or the plaintiff?
