Platinum Financial Services Inc. is an unlicensed collection agency based in Rockville, Maryland. They are not licensed in Maryland or here in Florida either. I just wrote letters of complaint to the Attorney General's offices in both states. I urge anyone who is dealing with these bottom-feeders to report them to your State Attorney General's office if they are operating in your state without a license in violation of any state laws.
