I apologize for not answering your question. If the OC assigned OR sold they have relinquished their rights to the account. As those agreements say "assign or sell all my right, title and interest in any sum of money due by reason".... etc. There could be an agreement whereby the CA would assign it back to the OC after so long of time, but thats not very likely.
Post Judgment Interrogatories are not an option to the attorney. If he doesn't answer, you can file an additional Motion called a Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories. The judge should back you up and order it. You may have to take it this far as attorneys do not respect Pro Se Litigants.
