It is a cc debt. I am in Ohio which has laws that are very unclear as to the sol. I argued it was past and the court finds that cc's are written contracts. I am offering settlement INSTEAD of judgment. I know it is completely unfair however I do not want a judment against me so I figured it would be best if I settled out of court.
