MBNA can be removed as I have done this several times with RJM accounts. After I'm through with RJM and their Trade Line is deleted. I simply ask MBNA for validation of the account. They will probably not reply. You would then send in your proof that they will not validate (your letter and CRRR) to any CRA's showing their listing. The CRA's may or may not attempt to verify this account. As I always allow 45 days for validation, this process can take 2 to 3 months. You should get your deletion and your CS will go up. I have removed not just MBNA but others using this process. It works, try it.
