This answers the question CAK asked in this post that was archived (http://www.cardreport.com/wwwboard42/messages/27172.html). No, the CA hasn't threatened anything yet, just sending out regular collection letters. There's been a few veiled threats, like asking I work on a payment arrangement voluntarily. The OC sent me a letter when they charged off the account claiming they were going to send it to an attorney to get a judgement on me.
