I have been destituted as they say in Colombia.

I am referring all of my clients, past and present and future to Luz Amparo of Latinbest, Cali’s oldest, largest, and most respected matrimonial agency.

Call me or Luz here in Cali at 01157-2-682-2019.

If you have recently paid me for services that have not yet been rendered, I am sorry to hereby inform you that the services will not be rendered.

If you are in this situation you should call your credit card issuer and explain this situation, and ask that your purchase be refunded because I am unable to meet my obligations to you.

If you have made a credit card purchase during the last 120 days, and are unsatisfied with the results of your purchase, I suggest that you call your card issuer and report that you are dissatisfied with the results you obtained from me.

You should feel welcome to state your honest feelings about this transaction, and its results.

Above all, I ask that, if you are satisfied with the results of my service, you do not complain to your card issuer.

If your expectations from a recent purchase (Last 120 days) have yet not been met, you should report this to your credit card issuer, and request a refund.

Because my merchant bank has terminated my income flow, I have had a complete nervous collapse, and am unable to continue working.

I am unable to both continue to eat and to devote my time to providing these services for which you have already paid

In reality, if you have made a credit card purchase from anyone anywhere, you have 120 days to request a refund based upon failure to render services, or products, as promised. My bank, in closing the account informed me that it was up to me to prove that I had rendered to the customer whatever it is that I offered. This boils down to my word against his, so he always wins. Thus I have been destituted by a financial institution in Eureka California, Humboldt Bank.

It is my burden, as the vendor, to prove that I have delivered what I have promised. If I were selling a tangible item such as TV sets, and was repeatedly accused of not delivering, I could be prosecuted for fraud.

But I am selling information of various types. I am selling what should be the most valuable information in the world, information pertaining directly to the most profound economic, personal, and emotional needs of the human species. This is a highly intangible indefinable commodity. It has been a nightmare for me to put a price on this information, especially since the purchase transactions are not binding upon the purchaser until 120 days have past.

So I have collapsed into a heap of non-functional synapses, and am unable to do anything except fantasize about food and suicide. I have $400.00 in credit card orders, which I cannot process, because Humboldt has destituted me.

Therefore I am happy to say good bye to Humboldt Bank. (But God Bless The Bank of America). I repeat that I have been destituted, which is something they do to criminals in Colombia. But I am trying to be helpful.

I'll use the new photo, still plan to send e-mail to the ladies, if I can pay my ISP, and will send info on cg250. But get your money back from your card issuer, because It is better that you have it than Humboldt Bank and because I cannot devote my time working for money that is not mine until 4 months after the transaction has occurred.

Experimental Psychologists have named this form of punishment:

"Random Variable Negative Re-enforcement.",

and these Psychologists have determined that this is the most certain way to induce neurosis and psychosis in laboratory animals.


Since you are a lawyer, you probably understand this: Anyone who pays for my service with a credit card has four months to say that the service was not rendered as promised and will get his money back, unless I can prove that the service was rendered.

The fact that the sun has risen above the planet earth every day for about 10 billion years is not proof that the sun will rise again tomorrow. Even Einstein's theory of special relativity has yet to be proven, although it put a rapid end to World War II.

I can't prove anything to Humboldt bank.

I can't even conceive of what they, or anyone else capable of rational thought, would consider as proof.

I have not given and cannot give you services that I promised because I no longer have the time or financial resources to do so, and because, despite the fact that I trust you completely, the credit card transactions are simply sources of neurosis until 120 days after the transaction. I would rather have no money, than money that vanishes unexpectedly and uncontrollably just before my rent is due.

PS: I would like to be in touch lawyers who might have interest in filing a class action lawsuit against Visa, MasterCard, Humboldt Bank, etc, on behalf of merchants who have been defrauded into thinking that credit card purchases for services have any validity.

I would also be interested in presenting my personal case against Humboldt.

Sorry for the rant. Get your money back.

PPS: In four years of accepting credit card I have had three complaints, based on failure to render service. All of these have been in the last 6 months, and all unjustified as I can attempt to demonstrate, but not prove.
