Yeah I agree. The last thing they want to do is forclose cause they loose money on it and most work out a plan with you first. I was 3months behind and they didn't even report it against me,since i was giving them some money every 2weeks to catch up. I am currently $200 under and will be caught up next month-woohoo! I still get nasty letters,hehhe, but I know they are 'reminder' letters.
