In your case, I believe I would just sit tight and try not to worry about it. If you want to enter into a settlement agreement with them, make sure its on your terms and at a price you can afford. As always make sure any agreements are in writing and always ask for removal of their Trade Line. Try to finalize your agreements toward the end of the month as there is always a push at the CA to settle accounts at months end. I will try to assist you with an agreement if you need any assistance. Your other option would be, to not do anything and let them make the next move. They may just pass it on to another CA. It happens everyday.
