So I guess we've come full circle to just taking a low profile and hope they don't start being more aggressive, i.e hope they don't sue? The hard ass "this isn't my debt" approach might be cause the CA to sue? So just let's do the "less is more" approach? No cease and desist letter?

Fow what it's worth, my credit report really sucks right now with lots of charge offs. I don't think I look like a good target to sue right now.
