But, what about them f#@$king with you and placing it on your report after they receive your sol. letter? Your sol. letter is the dispute, right?

When you dispute, havent you given up some right by basically saying screw you you cant collect? If indeed its not your account, wouldn't you seek validation. How can I go back if they reject your sol. letter and ask for validation? All I know is that this trade-line was on my report lasy year and it took me forever to get it removed..

Once again, just advise me on what to send. Should I just send Sol. or send cease-desist-validation?
