They bought a debt of mine from the second or maybe third company it was sold to. My debt was from 1998. Most of it was from interest. The same company bought another of my debts last year with was from Sears in which I was served with court papers. I settled with $1300.00 with $500 was interest.

When I first got my card from Mervyns my credit limit was $200 and I was on welfare. The limit got higher and higher which I paid what I could on my card. I ended up with a $1662.00 debt which was alot in interest.

Pamela from their firm said I could settle for $1400.00 and that I could probably borrown the money since I did not have it. Unfortunately I do not have peopl lining up to give me the money.
