Yes my CC accounts were all maxed out as well. I let them all go along with my mortgages. I kind of gave my self a BK if you will. A fresh start. I defaulted on about 15 CC's and LOC's. Two of them are suing me but the others probably think BK is coming anyway givin my Nasty Credit report. My new plan is to wait it out the 5 years to let some of them drop off because of the SOL.
