If the account is past the SOL, then validation is pointless .. and a useless waste of your time - RMA will not validate - ever.

Use WhyChat's SOL letter as suggested and get rid of them.

Then dispute with the CRA's, again - if they did not notify you within 5 days, in writing, of the re-insertion, then the CRA is in violation of the FCRA.
