I have gotten my old obsolete and incorrect address removed by sending letter via certified mail, regular mail and via a phone call. If you have a copy of your current report in question with the file number on it, I would reccommend you just call in and simply say the address is incorrect. I have gotten faster response with corrections being made this way than any other way.

However, just to let you know, if you have any old creditors still reporting, some of the old address may reoccur on the next update to the credit bureau. This has happened to me, so I just pick up the phone and call in and say it is incorrect. They usually correct rather quickly in my personal experience.
