OSI is causing me much trouble...accusing me of a ticket in tacoma...on a day i was a hundred miles from it. they said i was in dispute, i sent two letters, so the charges would not be required until the dispute was figured out. Now i just got another "bill" requiring more money, and the money is only increasing very fast. should I just pay it? I wish they woudl just go away. the threats are very ominous.
