W&A is one more mean assed law firm. If they are attempting to collect a debt as a 3rd party, they must inform you of that fact. Lose that last paragraph. It really makes you look like you've no idea what you're doing.
Next, the first sentence you just dispute the amount of the debt. {I don't believe I owe what you say I owe}. Don't give them the opportunity to tell a judge that there is no dispute that you are the responsible party it's just the amount we're quibbling over. Don't admit to anything even marginally.
I also would not give them a blueprint of what you are demanding. What if they furnish it? It has happened.
Less is more. Why not just demand validation per your rights under the FDCPA and see what happens?
