Received 1st Dunning letter from attorneys dated Oct. 15th Sent out 1st demand for validation on Nov. 10th CRRR Have not received green card proof as of today Nov.17th (but did use USPS website to track & confirm delivery.....which said they received it on Nov.12) Today: DID receive a collection letter from them asking me to voluntarily settle this debt, letter was dated Nov.14th.....two days after they received my demand for validation. does this mean that they already violated the rules? what is my next step...should I send a second validation letter? thank you all!
