A Trade Line is the CA's or the OC's listing on your CR.

The state tax folks never tell anyone. It just appears.

I got tired of the threats and just made up my mind, hell or high water, to go after them for making my life so miserable. I decided that if they were going to threaten me they would have to do it in a court room setting where I could see the little buggers.

Instead of letting them threaten me anymore I turned the tables on them and started threatening them. I looked for any leverage in their collection letters that would allow me to bargain with them. Such as violating a Cease and Desist. Almost all CA's will violate a C&D. I won on Sec. 805 (c) on both of my cases. It didn't matter that I owed them $7500.00 each. As I said before, that in addition to Judgment of $1000.00 ea. and costs against the CA's they also had to delete their Trade Lines. So I started looking for anything and everything that a CA could possibly be cited for and started using those things as leverage to zero out my debt through bargaining and Mutual Agreements. It really depends on how bad you want them to go away.
