Why are you paying an entity in which you have no contractual obligation to pay?? These bad debt buyers have NO Standing in terms of collecting money from you!! Did they loan you money?? Once MBNA charged the alleged debt off,
then according to you, sold it to C.A., MBNA has no standing to collect the alleged debt and with no contract between you and C.A., neither do they. But you must know your rights to defeat ALL debt collectors!! Tell C.A. you want Validation, and you want the original note, i.e.
credit application and if it has been altered in any way, endorsed, etc then the alleged debt is null and void!!
