Apparently you used the "HIPAA" letter from my website without following ANY of the directions.

Instead of paying the OC health care provider WITH the HIPAA letter, you paid the CA.

Instead of contacting ONLY the OC health care provider, you negotiated with the CA.

Any possible advantage you may have had with regard to possible HIPAA violations by the OC has been negated by your dealings with the CA (who HAS no liability under HIPAA)

What exactly do you want someone to tell you, since you seem to have already taken a good idea for geting rid of the credit report entry and completely nullified it.
