Send a dispute/validation/cease and desist letter, CRRR -add that you DO NOT accept arbitration.

They CANNOT compel arbitration without written consent to ALL the terms and conditions of a specific arbitration.Any so-called arbitration agreement he may have signed for the credit card company is ONLY binding (and possibly not even then) if HE should want to enter a class action suit AGAINST the credit card company.
