Below is what they have written under the petition. 1. (I think this first part is the mini-miranda.) It states that I have 30 days to dispute the claim and if I dispute it they will send the name and address of the original creditor. 2. Plaintiff is authorized to transact business in the state of Oklahoma 3. States that I entered a contract to pay the plaintiff or plaintiff’s assignor. 4. States the amount owed and added interest. There’s no mention of the original creditor. On the summons it states the following:
No request will be made to the court for a judgment until the expiration of 35 days after your receipt of this petition and summons. If you dispute the debt and/or request the name and address of the original creditor in writing within the 35-day period that begins with receipt of the petition and summons, all collection efforts, including this lawsuit, will cease until we send you the requested information.
