Does anyone have any recent experience trying to negotiate with Wolpoff & Abramson? I have an MBNA account that was turned over to them and they filed for arbitration. I tried negotiating a lower payment with them but they said they could only discount the debt 20% and not charge any attorney's fees and costs. Thye do not have an arbitration decision yet but I think that will come out in the next month. Has anyone been able to get Wolpoff to 60%?
