I found out what GRDN/CBUSA was on the credit report. It is a card opened with Gordon's Jewlers (GRDN) and they use Citibank (CBUSA) to manage their credit accounts. The phone number to speak to someone at Citibank regarding the Gordon's account is 1-423-467-8466 in the U.S.
