Thanks WhyChat. OK, so if the account charged off over four years ago, but have since made payments to them via CCCS, this wouldn't reset the SOL start date, correct? In other words, the SOL start date doesn't get reset when making payments to OC or CA after the acct is charged off or in default. This particular account was closed at the end of '99.
