Unless you were able to have your CCCS get an agreement IN WRITING that "caught up" your account to date, and you SIGNED it, as well as the OC,then your SOL date stayed back to your last payment or charge on a CURRENT active account.

If you get a snail mail copy of your Experian report, it should show the removal date of the account from the OC-- deduct 7 years and 1 month from THAT date, and you will have the start of your Ca. legal SOL.
