Rockville, Maryland? -There's also an unlicensed collection agency there called "Platinum Financial Services, Inc." I just filed complaints against them with the FTC, the Maryland Division of Financial Regulation and the Florida State Attorney General's Office.
The only address I have for Platinum is a Post Office Box. Their zip code is 20849-0247. (Maybe Platinum is also affiliated with Wolpoff.) Try the Maryland Dept of Assessments and Taxation site. It has Business Entity info and the search results for a corporation will include the resident agent's name. Good luck.
