Check the Fair Debt Collection practices act. This outlines what they cant do. If they are harassing you, you need to send them a cease and desist letter that states you no longer want calls. The letter can be obtained online. It will state that the only communication accepted with be by mail. send this certified mail with return receipt so you have record. They cannot threaten you.
