As far I'm concerned Mr. Scherr's niceness will have to be judged by my dealings with him. Lies, deception etc....He falt stated "my client MBNA" well that's not true. I'm well aware of where Mr. Scherr is located and to whom he reports. I don't require a PR agent to direct me to him.
