Did you demand to see the arbitration agreement which had your signature on it? Did you show the judge the Collection Flyer which quoted,
"National Arbitration Forum and its first Certified Arbitration Manager, Wolpoff and Abramson?? I see NO way a judge could find for W&A/MBNA in these arbitration scams!!!!!
