Not one more cent. Now we can go to court and get a garnishment. I looked up corporate policy adn he can contact HR but they can't tell a soul at work so no big threat there. He can get 25% of my income (less other jusdgements - I don't have any) After tax 25% is LESS than what I was paying - OH can you feel the pain?

Perchance I were to receive a notice of a court date, yeah right, I'd just march in there with all my records (yes I keep written and taped calls) and show the judge how I went from foreclsure on the house and repo on the car to all paid up and this is the only problem account. Then we'd get into the practices of Harold Scherr, P. Scott Lowery and Collect America ltd. I never thought I'd say this but Alabama ain't denver or florida so come try your luck big guys. 100 lb woman working her ass off going got it all caught up but one CA bull sheet, illegally persued account - oh yeah lets go see the judge. Worse comes to worse, 25% is less than I was paying. He threatened court costs too - still comes out of the 25%.
Yep I'm sure Scherr is a hell of a nice guy and I've just decided I'm not afraid of him or his office anymore, the worse that could happne is they get less money than I was paying before - but it'll take a through review of his collection practices in front of a hostile judge - I'll risk it if they will!
