OSI Collections is the most poorly operated collection agency I have ever dealt with. I used to work for a collection agency so I am very familiar with proper operations.
Numerous times I have told the company they have the wrong number and to remove my number from their calling list, yet they refuse. Their number constantly comes up as "unknown caller". Their collection agents are rude and hang up on you when you call them back.
I actually had to request for the account manager to assure that my number has been removed from this calling list.
If I receive one more call from this company I will file harrassment charges against them.
