hi, im the one with huntington bank hounding me for a deficiency from a foreclosure 6yrs ago...(they held the 2nd mortgage).... i went to the hearing today, produced the ohio revised code stating 2yrs on a deficiency... they argued they can revive the judgment period (5yrs).. and then said they were not familiar with the ohio revised code and were granted a continuance...... till next month...
i THINK this is looking into my favor... any steps i should take? thanks again for the help
